SourceMinds and Regime Guides Summer Event 2026: maintaining control together in a world that keeps moving

Following the successful events in 2024 and 2025, the date for the next Summer Event has already been set: Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Everything around us is in motion. A movement that is accelerating and is being driven by an increasing number of different parties.

How do you keep up with all these developments? How do you ensure that the IT environment continues to align with and function in conjunction with all these movements so that your business operations continue to function optimally? How do you ensure that all this fragmented information is brought together as a coherent whole? In such a way that you can respond to current events together while still keeping an eye on the future?

Regiewijzers, SourceMinds, and our partners work together to answer these questions in a practical, interactive, and convivial program:

13:30 – Arrival and welcome
14:00 – Program starts with an introduction by Ronald Hoogeboom (Regiewijzers) and Joep van Dorp (SourceMinds)
14:15 – Continuous overview of the operation of your IT environment with Observability by Geert Jan Slot (Measureworks)
15:00 – Break
15:15 – Steering, Working, and Learning Together with Obeya by Tim Wiegel (Leading with Obeya)
16:00 – Break
16:15 – Interactive session: How to apply Obeya and Observability in your own organization by Tim Wiegel and Sjaak Weststrate (Regiewijzers)
17:00 – Networking drinks with barbecue and (non-alcoholic) cocktails

Continuous overview of the operation of your IT environment with Observability

How do you maintain control over a complex IT supply chain with multiple vendors? During this knowledge session, experts from MeasureWorks will demonstrate how an Observability platform ensures supply chain transparency and effective management within SIAM. Discover practical insights and learn how measurable data helps to objectively assess vendor risks and performance, and to anticipate incidents more quickly.

About Geert Jan Slot

Geert Jan Slot is Director of Services at MeasureWorks and has over 20 years of experience in digital transformation and IT services. He helps organizations gain control over complex IT supply chains using Observability by converting data into insight and concrete management. His strength lies in connecting technology, vendors, and operations into a single manageable whole. MeasureWorks specializes in Observability, digital performance, and supply chain monitoring. With a data-driven approach, MeasureWorks helps organizations gain insight into the performance of their IT supply chains and improve collaboration between vendors. Through real-time insight and objective management information, MeasureWorks makes it possible to respond more quickly to disruptions and to structurally manage the quality and continuity of service delivery.

Joint Steering, Working, and Learning with Obeya

In a world that is constantly in motion, Joint Steering, Working, and Learning is an essential part of Regiewijzers' vision and strategy, which we are keen to convey to our clients. Especially when you have to keep a client's IT environment running together with various parties. To steer together, it is important to have and maintain the strategy, actions, and results in one shared, up-to-date overview, and to make decisions together from there. How do you do that? With Obeya, of course. Obeya is an excellent practical space where all of this comes together. Tim Wiegel explains what Obeya is, how to set up an Obeya, how it works in practice, and what the link is with Observability.

About Tim Wiegel

Tim Wiegel's mission is to improve the world through better leadership. Tim has been active as a Lean and Agile practitioner and trainer for a long time. Inspired by Toyota’s development of the Prius in the 1990s using Obeya, Tim wrote a book and developed a method in which Obeya is not used to build a car, but to align leadership teams from strategy to execution. This is the Leading with Obeya (LWO) method. Since 2016, Obeya Coaching & Training has been helping organizations collaborate and make decisions better using the Leading with Obeya method. As a preferred partner, the company combines experience, quality, and a practical approach to strengthen leadership teams. By making systems visible and bringing teams back to their core, Obeya Coaching & Training supports organizations to work more effectively, deliver more value, and lose less time and energy to frustration and inefficiency.
