Inovum – Vernieuwing van de werkomgeving
The current workstations and workplace environment for Inovum employees needed an upgrade. This was partly due to the implementation of a “social intranet” and partly because certain parts of the IT infrastructure had become outdated. This upgrade was necessary not only because support for various applications was being discontinued by suppliers but also to ensure that the infrastructure is optimally protected against hacking, ransomware, and other forms of cybercrime.
The assignment consisted of an IT sourcing scan to evaluate current situation and give advice of future developments and how the workplace should look like in the future:
- Managing the process to define the exact scope, transformation, migration and service requirements, service levels and management of the environment.
- Managing dialogue sessions (RFD) to validate and adjust the request for proposal (RFP) and creating a shortlist based on the dialogue session to send out the RFP.
- Supervising the selection process and making an objective comparison of both quality and financial comparison.
- Managing and validating contracting of services (MSA, DPA, GDPR, migration and service delivery & SLA documents)
