Hunkemöller – Selection SAP Cloud transition

The main sourcing drivers for Hunkemöller to move to S/4 HANA Fashion was the end of life of SAP retail, business growth in wholesale activities and the aim to reduce manual work by implementing market best practice processes.

We managed the process of selecting a transformation partner and managed service provider for the global SAP S/4 HANA environment of customer’s primary business processes. Via dialogue sessions we questioned potential market parties and were we able to formulate and create a complete tender for which the parties in the market could make an offer.

The activities consist of 4 phases;

• Managing the process to define the exact scope, transition, migration and service requirements, service levels and management of the environment.
• Managing dialogue sessions (RFD) to validate and adjust the request for proposal (RFP) and creating a shortlist based on the dialogue session to send out the RFP.

• Managing and validating contracting of services (MSA, DPA, GDPR, migration and service delivery & SLA documents)

After selecting and contracting the new partner, we supported Hunkemöller with the quality assurance of the transition program.
