Customers don't comprehend why certain service levels are not met, while suppliers keep bouncing incidents back due to missing information. Recognize and break these patterns, assist each other in optimizing the service delivery to end users and the business. This responsibility lies with both parties. Leverage each other's strengths in this collaboration to achieve this!
