Daarbij was behoefte aan een onafhankelijke toetsing aan marktdata en referentieprojecten.<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Onze aanpak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SourceMinds voerde een onafhankelijke beoordeling uit waarbij onder andere is gekeken naar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Volledigheid van de begroting.<\/li>\n<li>Consistentie van aannames.<\/li>\n<li>Realiteitsgehalte van kostenramingen.<\/li>\n<li>Benchmarking met marktgegevens.<\/li>\n<li>Toetsing van ondersteunende en nevenactiviteiten.<\/li>\n<li>Onderbouwing van kostenstructuren richting stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Resultaat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Door de combinatie van product-, diensten- en marktkennis en actuele marktdata uit sourcingtrajecten kon CumuluZ beschikken over een objectieve onderbouwing van de begrote investeringen.
