We hebben problemen aangepakt door processen te stroomlijnen, redundanties te verminderen en betere communicatie en samenwerking tussen teams te bevorderen.\n\nHet nieuwe Target Operating Model (TOM) benadrukt een flexibelere en responsievere aanpak van servicelevering. Het omvat duidelijk gedefinieerde rollen en verantwoordelijkheden, waardoor elk teamlid zijn of haar rol in de servicemanagementcyclus begrijpt.
