Deze overgang heeft hen in staat gesteld hun processen te stroomlijnen en resources effectiever toe te wijzen.\n\nWe hebben een uitgebreid Target Operating Model (TOM) ontwikkeld voor hun IT-activiteiten. Dit model omvat een breed scala aan aspecten die cruciaal zijn voor het succes van de IT-outsourcingstrategie. Het definieert rollen en verantwoordelijkheden duidelijk, zodat elke leverancier zijn taken en verantwoordelijkheden begrijpt. Het TOM beschrijft ook de belangrijkste functies die binnen de IT-organisatie moeten worden onderhouden, zoals strategische planning, prestatiebewaking en risicomanagement.\n\nGovernancestructuren vormen een cruciaal onderdeel van het TOM en stellen duidelijke richtlijnen vast voor besluitvorming en probleemoplossing. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de IT-activiteiten in lijn blijven met de algemene bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Daarnaast zijn er vergaderstructuren opgezet om regelmatige communicatie en co\u00f6rdinatie tussen Royal Swinkels Family Brewers en hun IT-leveranciers te faciliteren.
