This was partly due to the implementation of a \u201csocial intranet\u201d and partly because certain parts of the IT infrastructure had become outdated. This upgrade was necessary not only because support for various applications was being discontinued by suppliers but also to ensure that the infrastructure is optimally protected against hacking, ransomware, and other forms of cybercrime.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_column_1_3 et_pb_column et_pb_column_1  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_column_empty\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div><div to evaluate current situation and give advice of future developments and how the workplace should look like in the future:\n<ul>\n\t<li> Managing the process to define the exact scope, transformation, migration and service requirements, service levels and management of the environment. <\/li>\n\t<li> Managing dialogue sessions (RFD) to validate and adjust the request for proposal (RFP) and creating a shortlist based on the dialogue session to send out the RFP. <\/li>\n\t<li>Supervising the selection process and making an objective comparison of both quality and financial comparison.<\/li>\n\t<li> Het begeleiden van het selectieproces en het maken van een objectieve vergelijking op zowel kwalitatief als financieel vlak. \u2022 Beheren en valideren van de contractering van diensten (MSA, DPA, GDPR (AVG), migratie- en service delivery- & SLA-documenten) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\nOok leverden we de projectmanager voor de vernieuwing van de werkplekomgeving, inclusief een nieuw sociaal intranet voor kennisdeling en communicatie.\n\nDit maakt de werkplek- en applicatieomgeving van Inovum toekomstbestendig en draagt \u200b\u200bbij aan continu\u00efteit, stabiliteit en kwaliteit.\n\n<strong> IT advisory \/ operational support <\/strong>\nDue to the temporarily lack of resources, I supported the IT organisation in advising of tactical and strategic IT decisions, reviewed IT proposals and acted as a point of contact for IT-related inquiries.\n\n<span style=\"font-weight:
