This agreement needs to be renewed. Ook de samenwerking tussen partijen behoeft aandacht en verbetering. Door verschillende interpretaties en onvervulde verwachtingen aan beide kanten is er weerstand ontstaan \u200b\u200bin de samenwerking.\n\nOm dit resultaat te bereiken, zullen Feenstra (vraag) en MSP (aanbod) gezamenlijk deze bedrijfsbehoeften aanpakken. Een deel van de vraag betreft de bijbehorende regierol. De levering wordt grotendeels uitgevoerd door de MSP, eventueel aangevuld met diensten van Feenstra IT.\n\nMomenteel is de dienstverlening aan de business verdeeld over meerdere dienstverleners en\/of infrastructuuromgevingen. Het is onvoldoende duidelijk wie welke verantwoordelijkheid draagt en welke dienst tot de gecontracteerde diensten behoort.\n\nHet doel is om het aantal leveranciers te rationaliseren, een goede samenwerking tussen partijen tot stand te brengen, een helder IT-serviceportfolio te cre\u00ebren en een overeenkomst te ontwikkelen waarin ieders rollen en verantwoordelijkheden helder zijn vastgelegd.
